Just tried to order my case through the iPhone4 case program but my phone said I wasn’t qualified. I called the number on the screen to find out why and low and behold, 10 minutes into the hold time, my phone dropped the call. I’d say my phone drops one out of every four phone calls I make. I called back and apparently the program expires after 30 days.
The customer service agent was not helpful. She said she could escalate the issue and I might get a call back sometime. Not sure of the time frame.
I paid $300 for this phone and am a loyal apple customer. I even spent the extra $70 on the Apple care rip off program. Apple is getting bigger, more popular, more profitable but this is the type of interaction that is going to lose me as a customer.
