FiOS coming to Sty-town. I live 400 feet from here, I wonder if I can get it too?

This doesn’t make a lot of sense to me as a business move. Isn’t Sty-town mostly older people? War vets etc? I don’t think this is exactly the target demographic (especially when your dealing with the pool of New York City) for super high speed internet…
