I mean… they can’t be serious! A hand written personalized long ass thank you note from “Jessie” at Kate Spade just for buying one thing at their store? This is taking customer service to a whole new level! I mean my new clutch is fabulous - no doubt - but this is kindof rediculous and makes me feel like buying the bag really was more like a favor I did for them… Weird as shit.
